Ashley Mendoza was born and raised in Midwestern USA.
In 2018, she visited Costa Rica for the very first time and fell in love with the country.
She began hosting retreats in 2019, with the primary focus on her specialty, aerial arts and fitness.
After several more retreats and personal vacations, she and her family of five permanently relocated to Costa Rica in 2023.
